Henna

A form of body art originally associated with wedding ceremonies, it now is adorned as form of individual expression.  Henna powder is made of dried plant leaves from a small shrub (Lawsonia inermis) that can grow about 10 feet in height, and is very common in tropical climates. Henna is the Persian name, and Mehndi is the Hindi name given to this natural dye.

All henna art is original.
